Air Fryer Frozen French Fries
If you are pinched for time, you can certainly use frozen French fries. But I caution you to read the ingredient lists because many of them have unwanted ingredients added. Look for the most natural ingredient list. you can find and feel good about eating.
To use them in this recipe, you can use them frozen, straight from the freezer. You might need slightly more oil the coat the fries and get the spices to stick, but it will work.
Air Fryer French Fries Time
Please note that while these times are true for my air fryer, yours may need a different length of cooking time.
For this reason, you’ll want to check on your fries frequently both for stirring and for checking doneness the first time you make these.
Once you know how long they cook in your air fryer, you can make a note of that and cook them for the same length of time every time you make them thereafter. This is common practice for just about anything you make in an air fryer. It’s good to keep a small list of cooking times on your fridge so that you can refer back to it as needed.
Raw Fries – 15-20 minutes with frequent tossing or stirring.
Frozen Fries – 20-25 minutes with frequent tossing or stirring.

About The Ingredients
Potatoes – You can use any type of potato you prefer. Good choices are Yukon gold potatoes or Russet potatoes.
Extra virgin olive oil – You can use any type of oil you prefer or usually cook with. Avocado oil or coconut oil also work great here and hold up well in the heat of the air fryer.
Salt – I used pink Himalayan salt, but you can use any type you normally use in the kitchen.
Ground black pepper
Paprika – I used regular paprika, but smoked paprika is also tasty here.
