Clean Eating Garlic Parmesan Popcorn Recipe
This Clean Eating Garlic Parmesan Popcorn recipe is perfect for your next movie night!
Popcorn is awesome stuff. Whether you eat it at the movies or as an after school snack, it’s definitely an ingrained part of our American culture. You’d be hard pressed to find somebody who has never had it. But plain ol’ popcorn can get a little boring. Which is why I came up with this delicious combo.
The truth is, I try not to eat popcorn very often. After all, they use it to fatten cattle, and fattening up is definitely not my goal! But on occasion, I break and enjoy a nice big serving of this stuff. It’s my favorite way to enjoy popcorn, and I hope you’ll enjoy it too.

so good! I made this as a snack for my husband for work.(to get him away from flavored chips) it was supposed to last him all day,it lasted 1/2 hr. 😀 I did cook it a little different -because I’m lazy- I popped the corn with a couple TB. of olive oil in a brown bag in the microwave then I put the garlic and cheese in and shook it really good a couple of times finally I transferred it to another bag so he could take it with him.
Steph – Fantastic!!! 😀
I see that u use an oil sprayer. Do they make sprayers specially for oil or can I just buy any kind? I can’t quite seem to find anything that I’m looking for. What section in the store might I find one? Suggestions?
Gna32 – You can find the one I use in this blog post: https://www.thegraciouspantry.com/fab-finds/ The post has an amazon link to buy it there. I usually get mine at Bed Bath and Beyond. And yes, they make them just for oil. I love mine!!!
