These pork burgers are a delicious “something different” from your usual beef-based burgers.

I don’t usually use ground pork for anything other than chili. But I found myself with a pound of it that needed to be used up and thought I’d make a fast dinner of burgers and veggies.

These honestly have to be the best burger I’ve ever made! The blend of flavorings was so unique and so perfect for the pork. It made for an absolutely wonderful burger!

So don’t get hung up on making the same ol’ burgers again and again. Experiment! Have a little fun with those patties! Burgers are a fun way to explore various flavors, herbs, and spices. And typically, you really can’t go wrong regardless. But there are some flavors that have a good affinity with pork and each one of these hit the mark.

I had a pound of ground pork that I needed to use and was going to make sausage; however, I’m glad I saw this recipe. I loved the taste of the seasonings and the burgers turned out so moist and delicious. I ended up putting the burger on top of baked beans and loved every bite. I will definitely make these again. Thank you!
