The truth is, we all eat too much sugar. Even as clean eaters, we can end up getting too much. Because in the end, sugar is sugar. Even if it’s unprocessed sugar.

No Sugar Challenge Smoothie Recipes

There is so much evidence and so many studies now that show and conclude that sugar is not good for us. The less of it we eat, the better off we are.

This no sugar challenge aims to help you cut out all added sugar from your diet. But that doesn’t mean you should avoid fruit. In this challenge we are focusing solely on cutting ADDED sugar from your food supply.

Fruit has natural sugars, so we don’t want to overboard on the fruit either. But a healthy portion of fruit each day is a good thing with all those wonderful vitamins and minerals. So keep your portions of fruit in check, but don’t avoid it completely. These No Sugar Challenge Smoothie Recipes will help you do just that.

What you do want to avoid are added sugars as well as process sugars. Don’t add sweetener to your foods, read ingredient labels on foods that have them to make sure sugar hasn’t been added there either.

This can be a bit of a learning process, but it’s worth it in the end! You’ll feel so much better!
