Pineapple Pork Kabobs Recipe

Yes. These pineapple pork kabobs taste as good as they look.

Tender pieces of pork drenched in cilantro and pineapple juice and grilled to perfection. Throw in some pineapple chunks and a few bell peppers, and you’ve got one fantastic meal!

These Pineapple Pork Kebobs are off the stick and laying on a white, square plate, ready to eat.

This was the feast our new BBQ got christened with. W.O.W. was it good! I’ve made pork a lot in the past, but it’s never been this tasty. There’s just something about barbecue. Those nifty little contraptions always get the job done right. It really is amazing.

Jennifer – Let me know how you like them! I tried green peppers, but I think red would have been better. Good choice!

  2. I make these all the time, minus the cilantro for me because for some odd reason it tastes like soap. My boyfriend on the other hand loves cilantro, either way tastes amazing!! Red peppers are our favorite. Thanks!!

  5. I absolutely love these kebobs! They are soooo delicious! We love the green peppers, but I will have to try red ones.

    1. The Gracious Pantry says:

Anna – Glad you like it! The red peppers are just sweeter. But either will work.

  6. I enjoyed the recipe but felt that it would have been better 1/2 the amount of spices and 30 minutes on the grill was too long.
    Definitely will try it again.

    1. The Gracious Pantry says:

Danielle – Yes, please adjust the spices to your own tastes. I tend to go heavy on the spices with meats. Just my personal preference.

  7. My husband made these last night with red and yellow peppers. We let everything marinate overnight. Delicious!!! I am loving your site, newsletter and Facebook! Thanks for all you’re doing for clean eating!

  8. This sounds delicious! Would you recommend cooking all of this in the crock pot? If so, how long?

    1. The Gracious Pantry says:

Hayley – No, I don’t recommend this for the slow cooker.
