It’s a quick and easy recipe to put together, and it stays fresh for a lot longer than other berries would. Use it as a traditional salsa with chips or serve it as a side dish to almost any meat course. It’s just the right balance of sweet and peppery.
I have also served this with chicken and pork. This pairs particularly well with meat off the barbecue.

A delicious, fruity salsa that pairs well with clean corn chips, whole grain pita and more!
- 1 cup blueberries (chopped)
- 1 cup mango (chopped)
- 1 tsp. grated, fresh ginger (grate on a microplane for best results)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tps. salt
Chop all ingredients to the consistency you like.
Mix in a medium mixing bowl.
Chill and serve..
