Homemade seasoning blends are some of the simplest and quickest recipes you can make. If you have an ample spice collection, you may not even need to go to the store for supplies. Homemade spice blends are delicious, and avoid all those unwanted preservatives you find in store-bought blends. Make any of these fifteen blends in under five minutes.

This no-salt seasoning is a great blend to have on hand if you’re watching your sodium intake. It has a nice savory flavor from garlic, onion, and paprika that’s balanced out by the warmth of dry mustard, powdered thyme, and ground celery seed.
