When you are trying to eat healthy, finding snacks can be a challenge, especially if you are away from home. The snacks found at the convenience store or the office vending machine aren’t usually all that healthy. If you are taking snacks to work with you, it’s important that they can travel well too. 

These healthy snack recipes are delicious, travel well, are easy to pack in your lunch bag or briefcase, and they are filling to keep you going for a while. Having some healthy snack ideas readily available will keep you from being tempted by unhealthy options.
