N56D

N56D stands for The Next 56 Days. It’s a program aimed at controlling blood sugar and it works beautifully. I do not earn a commission for referrals. It’s simply a program I believe in.

I will say it does have a component that I’m not terribly fond of. There is an MLM portion that pushes a particular line of products. And I will also say, for those who are not Christian, this program does have a religious tone to it. So you’ll need to ignore those two things if they do not appeal to you.

But those things aside, the eating portion of the program works wonderfully. Because I’m a naturally large person, I had to adjust my caloric intake to my needs in order to not lose weight too quickly or feel like I am starving. This was a number above what they recommended. But it still worked for me.

The recipes here work for anybody doing the first 56 days of the program (even if you do it a few times). I do not offer “57 And Beyond” recipes here (the second portion of the program). But the program offers plenty of them.

I only offer this section because I’ve had so many people ask. It’s not really in my nature to promote diet programs. But this is a truly effective program if high blood sugar is an issue for you.
