  • Gemelli

What You’ll Need

Pasta – Use any type you wish and cook it to package directions. You can use gluten-free pasta, bean pasta, or whole wheat pasta. Whatever pasta you normally eat will work just fine here. However, do not overcook it. Cooking it to al dente is best because it will cook further in the air fryer.

Oil – You can use coconut oil or avocado oil. Some folks suggest olive oil, but I avoid that because of the low smoke point.

Salt – Whatever you normally use to cook with.

Pepper – Ground white or black pepper will work fine.

Marinara sauce – Use your favorite with no added sugar.
