Step 1: Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and combined. Wash the meat and pat dry. Add meat to a plastic bag and pour over the marinade. Let marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Step 2: Make peanut sauce by combining ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Add coleslaw mix, cilantro, fried noodles (if using), radish, and shaved carrots to a bowl. Add a few tbsp of the peanut sauce over top and mix to combine.

Step 3: Remove steak from marinade and pat dry. Season with pepper. You might need to slice the steak in half lengthwise as the pieces are too long for a pan. Add a little oil to a pan, and then add your steak. Cook for about 3-4 min per side for medium rare. Set aside and let rest. Slice.

Step 4: Prep any toppings you like and slice cabbage in half. Remove the core and pick off the large leaves for your cups. Add cabbage mixture to each cup and then top with a few steak slices. Add any toppings you like, and drizzle everything with peanut sauce. Enjoy!
