These clean eating shopping lists will help you navigate some of your favorite stores.
For many people, the hardest part about starting a new eating plan is figuring out what to purchase at the grocery store. But it doesn’t have to be complicated or frustrating.
CLEAN EATING SHOPPING LISTS:
Enjoy lists for Target, Whole Foods, Safeway, Trader Joe’s and even Walmart! (my most controversial shopping list ever! Who knew a shopping list could cause drama??)
Each list will give you a rough idea of what is clean at each store. However, keep in mind that the items a store sells can vary by region. So use these shopping lists loosely and as a rough outline of what to look for when you shop. You may have to write in a few specific items that are different in your area.
Also, the prices on these shopping lists were current at the time they were written and will again vary greatly by region. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. So chances are we pay a lot more than some areas. You may want to print out the list you want to use and then record prices as you go through the store to replace the ones I’ve listed here.
But no matter how you use them, they’ll come in handy if you’re trying to figure out how to navigate the grocery stores for a clean eating meal plan.
