We all have those evenings where we end up in the drive-through because we have nothing at home to eat or we’re too tired to cook. This situation can derail even the best of healthy eating intentions. But with just an hour or two on the weekend, your freezer can be well stocked with the most delicious food you’ll want to come home to night after night. These thirteen freezer meals are a great place to start.

1. Air Fryer Falafel

Make sure you stock your freezer with some of these air fryer falafels. They make a fantastic quick meal and you can easily pick up some hummus and naan on your way home. Serve with a side salad and enjoy.

2. Waffles

Waffles are one of the easiest meals to make ahead. You can make a huge batch of them and easily freeze them for several months. When you are ready to eat, just pop one or two of them in the toaster.
