Meal Plan – Week 43

It’s smoothies and salads week!

Smoothies

Remember, frozen fruits keep well and make great smoothies. And if you worry about them not keeping you full for long enough, simply blend in a quarter cup of dry, traditional oats. It’ll keep you full all morning!

Salads

If you’ve stuck with me long enough to get to week 43, you know that I often suggest salad for lunch. This is not a mistake! Salads travel well, keep well, and just make a great lunch.

Meal Plan

Remember, this plan is fully adjustable. Change serving sizes as needed (especially if you want to cook more initially and eat leftovers a few times, reduce the servings to zero on the days you’ll be eating leftovers), delete what you don’t like or can’t have, and make any adjustments you need to make for your own macros. It’s easy!

Consider adding some side dishes, like a small green salad for some potatoes on Thursday and Saturday night’s dinner.

Using Your Meal Plan

This meal plan gives you choices. Quite possibly, more than you’ll need in one week. You can either adjust the servings as needed on each recipe, or you can delete a few, knowing you’ll have leftovers from other recipes. These meal plans are a suggestion only. Adjust them to your needs and likes.

Here’s how to use your meal plan. You can easily:

Adjust Number Of Servings

Adjust recipe yield for the number of people you are cooking for. Simply click the plus or minus signs to increase or decrease. This will also be automatically adjusted on your shopping list.

*If you adjust the servings AFTER generating a shopping list, you will need to regenerate the shopping list. So make all adjustments prior to generating your shopping list. It’s not a big deal, just a bit more time-consuming.*

Add Or Delete A Recipe To Or From Your Meal Plan
