I LOVE email!

If you’d like to chat, give advice, argue about a recipe, or just say hi, I’d love to hear from you!

Please note however, that I am a cookbook author currently working on several cookbooks, I run two businesses, I’m a part-time student, full-time blogger and a million other things associated with just being a Mom. While I do read each and every email, I cannot always respond due to the sheer volume of emails I receive daily. I will do my best to respond, but please don’t be insulted if I don’t. I promise, it’s nothing personal. I do try to respond to all questions.

I made eggplant enchiladas last night that were to die for and clean! If you want the recipe, I would be happy to share with you. :)

Brooke – Thank you! I’m not much of an eggplant fanatic, but I’d be willing to give it a shot if the eggplant flavor isn’t too prevalent. Thank you!

Nancy – Both of those items fall into a bit of a “clean eating gray area”. You have to make that choice for yourself. You can certainly use full fat dairy, but then you have a lot of fat, much of which is saturated, to deal with. Milk is processed regardless of what you buy. If you want truly unprocessed milk, you have to buy raw milk. And that’s tough to find these days. I find, for me, low fat milk (1%) is the best of both worlds. But again, it’s a personal choice. Same with coffee. No matter what you drink, there is some processing involved. But you’d be hard pressed to get most coffee drinkers to give it up. So the best thing you can do is make your cup of coffee as clean as possible. I believe Tosca Reno drinks hers black.
