FAQs

Can I use kale powder instead of spinach powder?

Yes, but color and flavor will differ.

Can I make these in an air fryer?

Yes. 375°F for 15–20 mins, shaking the basket halfway.

Can I double the recipe?

Yes, just use 2 baking sheets so chickpeas don’t crowd. You may need to adjust the roasting time if you do this.

Note: Spinach powder gives a vibrant green color and adds a mild spinach flavor. Make sure to use it sparingly to avoid overpowering the flavor of the chickpeas. While they look more yellow than green in the photo, they do have a green tint to them when done.
