FAQs
Can I Make These Ahead Of Time?
You can prep everything but the avocado up to 24 hours in advance. The avocado should be cut just before assembly and serving because they brown quickly.
Are These Stuffed Avocados Healthy?
Yep! They have plenty of healthy fats, fiber, and even protein.
Can I Use A Different Cheese?
Yep! Try feta or goat cheese. It’s yummy!
What Can I Serve With Stuffed Avocados?
These are a wonderfully light meal all by themselves, or you can serve with a side of grilled meat and some crusty garlic bread to round out the meal.
Pro Recipe Tips
- Make just before serving. These don’t really store well.

Recipe Variations And Additions
- Add grilled chicken or shrimp for protein.
- Swap mozzarella for crumbled feta or goat cheese.
- Add a scoop of quinoa to make it more filling.
- Top with crushed red pepper or chopped nuts
Ingredients You’ll Need
- Cherry tomatoes – Or grape tomatoes.
- Extra virgin olive oil – Or any light-flavored oil you are comfortable using.
