- Dried minced onion

- Ketchup – No sugar added, or make your own.

How To Make Cheeseburger Dip

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 7 to 10 minutes. Drain excess grease.


Stir in the onion soup mix and water. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

Add the beef mixture and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir to combine.

Spread the mixture into a large cast iron skillet or oven-safe baking dish.

Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.

Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.



While baking, whisk together all burger sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

Once the dip is done, top with pickles, tomato, bacon, shredded lettuce, and sesame seeds.

Drizzle with burger sauce before serving.

Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy.
Storage
Store this in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
Freezing
Freezing is fine if you remove the fresh tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce.

Seasoning

- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp. celery seed
- ½ tsp. dried parsley
- ½ tsp. smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp. ground mustard
- ¼ tsp. nutritional yeast (optional but tasty)
- ⅛ tsp. ground turmeric (optional for color)
- 4 tbsp. water
- ⅓ cup dill pickles (chopped)
- 1 medium tomato (chopped)
- 4 slices cooked bacon (chopped)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (whatever your favorite kind on a burger is)
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds

- ¾ cup mayonnaise (no added sugar)
- 2 tbsp. ketchup (no added sugar)
- 1 tbsp. yellow mustard (no added sugar)
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
