How To Make Chicken Tenders With Honey Mustard
Collect and measure all your ingredients.
Combine all marinade ingredients into a medium-sized bowl. Add chicken tenders and toss to coat. Marinate for 5 minutes. You can marinate this for a longer time if you want a stronger flavor.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in the chicken tenders. Cook on each side for 3 – 4 minutes or until fully cooked through. Be sure to cook the tenders on medium heat. Cooking on high heat will cause the honey in the marinade to burn.
Do not pour the leftover marinade into the skillet. It will burn. Serve and enjoy.
Storage
Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days in the fridge.
Freezing
If wrapped well, these will freeze just fine for up to 4 months.
Reheating
Reheat in an oven, on a stovetop, or in a microwave.
