Chicken Ingredients
1lb.chicken tenderloins
½tbsp.extra virgin olive oil
Marinade Ingredients
¼cuphoney
1tbsp.Dijon mustard
1tsp.apple cider vinegar
½tsp.paprika
½tsp.garlic powder
½tsp.ground mustard powder
salt and pepper
Instructions
Collect and measure all your ingredients.
Combine all marinade ingredients into a medium-sized bowl. Add chicken tenders and toss to coat. Marinate for 5 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in the chicken tenders. Cook on each side for 3 - 4 minutes or until fully cooked through. Be sure to cook the tenders on medium heat. Cooking on high heat will cause the honey in the marinade to burn.
Do not pour the leftover marinade into the skillet. It will burn. Discard any leftovers. Serve and enjoy your chicken tenders.
