can water-packed tuna
(drained)

tbsp.
Sriracha sauce
(or more to taste)

tsp.
coconut aminos
(or low-sodium soy sauce or tamari)

tsp.
sesame oil

ripe avocado

tbsp.
fresh lemon juice

slices
whole-grain bread

diced red onion
(or sliced green onions, as you like)

toasted sesame seeds

(as needed to taste at each step of the recipe)
Instructions
Collect all the needed ingredients.
In a bowl, mash the drained tuna with Sriracha, coconut aminos (if using), sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Toast the bread to your liking and then spread a layer of mashed avocado on each slice of toast.
Then top with the spicy tuna mix. Sprinkle with diced red onion and toasted sesame seeds.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
