or 9-inch pie pan.
Ingredients

eggs

Italian seasoning

tbsp.
garlic powder
1
tbsp.
onion powder
1
cup
diced red onion
½
cup
sliced Kalamata olives
2
cups
frozen spinach
½
pint
halved cherry tomatoes
(or grape tomatoes)
½
cup
crumbled feta cheese

tbsp.
olive oil
salt and pepper
to taste at serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Crack all the eggs into a large mixing bowl.
Whisk the eggs well and add the spices. Set the bowl aside for a few minutes.
Prep all your veggies as needed.
Add them to the egg mixture. Stir well to combine.
Oil a casserole dish.
Pour the batter into the dish.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes. The center should be solid when it's done.
Slice into sice portions, serve, and enjoy.
