sliced mushrooms

chopped red bell pepper

Instructions
Place the raw chicken in the base of your crock.
Spread the veggies over the chicken
In a mixing bowl, combine the water, vinegar and spices.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies, spreading it over the surface as needed.
Pour the chicken broth over everything.
Secure the lid.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve over your favorite pasta or even over Zoodles.
