This delicious meal cooks itself while you do other things!

In a mixing bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except salt, and whisk together to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies making sure it sinks down to the bottom and around the edges to prevent burning.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours and serve over your favorite pasta or even over Zoodles.
