Ingredients
Salad

shredded, cooked chicken breast
(chilled)

halved, cherry tomatoes

chopped cucumber
(peeled or unpeeled)

chopped red onion

kalamata olives
(sliced or chopped)

cup
chopped fresh basil
(or parsley)
½
cup
chopped, marinated artichoke hearts
(drained)

salad greens
(can be mixed or a single lettuce)
Dressing

tbsp.
extra virgin olive oil

tbsp.
fresh lemon juice
(or vinegar of your choosing)

Dijon mustard
(no added sugar)

dried oregano

garlic powder
(or granules)
salt and pepper

Instructions
Prep all the ingredients as indicated.
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, mustard, and seasonings.
Assembly Order for Jars
Dressing on the bottom.
Onions + artichokes (they can marinate in the dressing).
Chicken and olives.
Tomatoes and cucumbers. (If you add any additional items, add them here on top of this layer)
Herbs.
Greens on top (add a paper towel for moisture if prepping ahead).
Close them up and store them in the fridge until you are ready to enjoy them.
