Ingredients
1cupfrozen blueberries
½cupfrozen strawberries
½cupfrozen blackberries
1mediumripe banana
2tbsp.raw oats
1tbsp.chia seeds
1½cupsunsweetened almond milk
2tbsp.honey(or maple syrup)
1tsp.pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Gather and measure all ingredients.
In a blender, combine the frozen blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, bananas, oats, chia seeds, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Start blending on low speed and gradually increase to high. Blend until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste the shake and add more honey or maple syrup if desired, adjusting to your preferred level of sweetness. Blend briefly again to incorporate.
Pour the Grimace Shake into glasses. Add a dollop of whipped cream and serve immediately.
