Ingredients
½mediumripe avocado
2sliceswhole grain bread(no added sugar)
1tbsp.lemon juice
2tsp.extra virgin olive oil
1mediumgarlic clove
6mediumgrape tomatoes(quartered)
2tbsp.minced cucumber
2tbsp.crumbled feta cheese
fresh basil leaves(or dill)
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Toast The Bread
Collect all your ingredients and toast the bread slices until they reach your desired level of crispness.
Prepare The Avocado Spread
Cut the avocados in half and scoop the flesh of one half into a bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork to the consistency of your choosing.

Assemble the Avocado Toast
Spread half the amount of the prepared avocado mixture onto each slice of toasted bread.
Add Toppings
