Ingredients
1mediumapple(cored and peeled if you wish)
1mediumbanana(peeled)
1mediumorange(peeled)
1mediumroma tomato
3cupsfresh baby spinach leaves
1tbsp.chia seeds
wateras needed
Instructions
Place in your Vitamix or other high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
Add as much water as you need to get the smoothie to a consistency you like. You don't have to add any, but it will be thick enough to eat with a spoon if you don't.
