Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl, adding as much flour as you need (beyond the amount called for), until you get a nice, soft but workable dough.
Divide the dough up into equal portions.
Working one portion at a time, roll the dough out to a thick ¼ inch thickness. Spritz both sides with an oil sprayer and transfer to your air fryer or skillet.
Air Fryer Cooking
Cook at 400 F. for 6 minutes (times may vary by appliance)
Skillet Cooking
Heat some oil in a skillet and cook the flatbread until it's nicely browned.
Cool and serve.
