Ingredients

  • 4 cups spring mix lettuce
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries (fruit juice sweetened)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (the real stuff!)

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and divide between to salad plates.

  2. Enjoy with blue cheese vinaigrette, or your favorite dressing.
