Clean Eating Baked Turkey Burgers

These delicious burgers are lower in fat because they're baked instead of grilled or fried. Delicious straight out of the oven, these are sure to please!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
  • 1 large egg (use the egg white only if cutting down on fats)
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.

  2. Form 6 patties and place them on a parchment lined cookie sheet.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees F. for approximately 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

  4. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.

  5. Build your burger!
