Chop half of your cleaned strawberries into small chunks.
Toss the other half into a blender.
To the blender add the sweetener and yogurt.
Pulse it in the blender just enough to get it blended. The yogurt should be pink.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. My baking pan was quarter-size.
Pour the blended yogurt mixture out onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet and sprinkle on the remaining chopped strawberries evenly.
Place in the freezer overnight.
You may have to loosen the edges with a knife or metal spatula. Lift the yogurt bark off the sheet tray by holding the parchment paper, peel the parchment paper off the bottom, and transfer the whole thing over to a cutting board.
Cut the yogurt bark into pieces the size of your choosing.
Transfer to an airtight storage container and return to the freezer.
Enjoy a piece whenever you need a refreshing snack or treat.
