Roast your chickpeas in an air fryer set to 390 F. for 20 minutes. Stir at least once, halfway through. If using an oven, set it to 300° F., and once the oven is hot, roast the cooked or canned/drained beans for 60 minutes, stirring frequently after the first 30 minutes. There is no need for parchment paper on the baking pans.
Transfer the roasted chickpeas to a mixing bowl.
Add all the remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl.
Stir well to combine.
Cool and serve.
