Ingredients
2standardslices whole-grain bread
1mediumavocado
2tbsp.feta cheese crumbles
2tbsp.minced red onion
2tbsp.sliced kalamata olives
4mediumgrape tomatoes(quartered)
Instructions
Gather all your ingredients and toast your bread.
Smash half the avocado onto each slice using a fork. Spread the mashed avocado over the toast as evenly as possible.
If you want to use salt and pepper, sprinkle it on the avocado first.
Then, add the toppings on.
I find it's easier to sprinkle the cheese on top of the avocado and then put everything else on top of that. But you can sprinkle it over the top as well.
Serve and enjoy.
