Ingredients
2¼lbs.russet potatoes(or a 28 oz. package of frozen fries)
1headgarlic(pressed or minced)
¼cupfresh parsley(finely chopped)
3tbsp.oil
2tbsp.butter(melted)
½cupgrated Parmesan cheese
½tsp.salt
¼tsp.ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Prep your ingredients and place the cut or frozen cut fries in a large mixing bowl.
2¼ lbs. russet potatoes
In a smaller mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped parsley, oil, melted butter, parmesan salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the seasoning.
1 head garlic, ¼ cup fresh parsley, 3 tbsp. oil, 2 tbsp. butter, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, ½ tsp. salt, ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
Add the seasoning to the fries and toss well to coat.
Spread the garlic fries evenly over a baking sheet. It's your choice whether you use parchment paper or not. Try to keep them in a single layer. But if you can't, just know you will have to stir them more frequently to get them all to cook. If your pan is large enough to get them all in a single layer, you will only have to stir one time halfway through the baking process.
Bake your fries for 25-40 minutes. Keep an eye on them after the first 25 minutes and stir them as needed. Once they are golden brown, you can remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
