Ingredients
1
lb.
cut french fries
(fresh or frozen)
2
cups
chili
2
cups
grated sharp cheddar cheese
(or Mexican blend)
1
medium
jalapeno pepper
½
cup
plain yogurt
(or Greek, or dairy-free)
½
cup
chopped red onion
Instructions
Cook your fries to your liking. You can bake them in the oven or air fry them, as you wish. Then lay them out over a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Preheat oven to 450 ℉.
Pour the chili over the fries and spread it out evenly.
Cover the chili with the grated cheese.
Bake it for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven or until the cheese just barely starts to brown. Basically, as long as it's melted, it's ready.
Top that with your favorite chili toppings.
Use a metal spatula to scoop some up and serve.
