Ingredients
1medium head of cauliflower
2tbsp.extra virgin olive oil
2tbsp.nutritional yeast
1tsp.garlic granules
1tsp. onion granules
½tsp. paprika
saltto taste
pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Gather and measure your ingredients.
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, spices and oil.
Stir well to coat the cauliflower in the spices as evenly as possible.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, tossing at least once halfway through cooking.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Add additional seasoning if you wish. I added extra nutritional yeast and it was delicious.
