Ingredients
1lb.frozen French fries
1tbsp.extra virgin olive oil
1½tsp.paprika
1½tsp.garlic powder
1½tsp.onion powder
1½tsp.dried oregano
1½tsp.dried thyme
½tsp.cayenne pepper
½tsp.salt
½tsp.ground black pepper
fresh, chopped parsley(for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425℉.
Gather and measure all your ingredients.
In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt to make the Cajun seasoning.
Place the frozen French fries in a large bowl with the oil and spices and mix well to coat them. Spread them out over a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until they are cooked to your liking. Make sure to stir them at least once or twice throughout baking to make sure they get evenly cooked and crisp.
Once baked to your liking, remove them from the oven, top them with fresh, chopped parsley, and serve as desired.
