⅓cuphoney(or add more to taste)
⅓cupfresh mint leaves(plus extra for garnish)

Instructions
Gather and measure all your ingredients.
In a blender or food processor, puree the fresh blackberries until smooth.
Strain the blackberry puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove any seeds, and collect the blackberry juice in a bowl. Discard or compost the blackberry pulp.
In a large pitcher, combine the blackberry juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and cold water. Stir well to incorporate the flavors.
Gradually add honey or maple syrup to sweeten the elixir, adjusting the amount according to your desired taste. Remember to taste as you go, as the sweetness levels of the blackberries may vary.
Tear the mint leaves and add them to the pitcher, gently crushing them with a wooden spoon to release their aromatic oils.
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the blackberry lemonade elixir over the ice. Garnish each glass with a few fresh blackberries and a sprig of mint.
