rolled oats
(or traditional or old fashioned oats)

frozen strawberries
(no sugar added)

pecans
(chopped)

Greek yogurt
(or plain, or plant-based plain)

unsweetened oat milk
(or dairy milk, or unsweetened almond milk)

vanilla extract

pure maple syrup
(or other liquid sweetener of your choosing - you can adjust this to taste)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until well combined.
Pour the dry ingredients directly into your casserole dish and stir well to combine.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and add the frozen strawberries. Mix well with a spoon or spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the oats are set.
Serve warm, and if desired, top with extra pecans and a drizzle of maple syrup.
