Ingredients
¼cupoat flour
¼cupunsweetened cocoa powder
¼cupgranular sweetener
¼tsp.salt
1tsp.baking powder
⅓cupdark chocolate chips(+ extra for garnish - optional)
2tbsp.oil
⅓cupmilk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400° F. and set your silicone cauldrons on a baking pan. Then prep your ingredients, starting with the dry ingredients. Place everything but the chocolate chips in a medium bowl and stir to combine.
Now stir in the chocolate chips. Stir well to coat them in flour.
Then add the oil and milk.
Whisk or stir together all the ingredients until well combined.
Spoon the batter into the silicone cauldrons.
Bake for 50 - 60 minutes. It's done when a toothpick pulls out clean (unless you hit a melted chocolate chip) Cool a bit and serve with a spoon!
