Ingredients
½
lb.
boneless skinless chicken breast
(about 1 medium breast)

cajun seasoning
½
medium
red onion
(sliced)
½
medium
red bell pepper
(sliced)

slices
tomato
(chopped - approx. a ½ cup)

cup
thinly sliced lettuce

whole grain tortillas
Instructions
Slice the onion and red bell pepper.
Slice the chicken breast. (It's partially cooked in this photo, but you should use a raw breast)
Slice the lettuce and chop the tomatoes.
In a skillet, cook the peppers, onions, and chicken in oil in a large skillet. Season with salt and cajun spices as you cook.
Lay out a tortilla.
Layer the lettuce, tomatoes, and the chicken mixture from the pay over the tortilla.
Roll up the wrap.
Slice in half.
Serve.
