Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, kneading until they are all well combined.
If you are using ground turkey breast, you'll want to add an egg here as well for moisture in the meat.
Form your patties in equal portions and flatten them out to slightly larger than your burger buns.
Make an indentation in the middle, but don't poke all the way through.
Transfer your patties to a hot grill and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165 F.
Remove them from the grill and allow them to sit for about 10 minutes.
Build your burger with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
