Preheat the oven to 350°F, and measure all your ingredients.
Place all the ingredients into a blender (except the blueberries) and blend together on high speed.
Blend until the mixture becomes a smooth batter.
Pour the mixture into oven-safe, 8-ounce ramekins. Top with as many berries as you like and place them on a cookie sheet and into the oven for at least 20 minutes at 350°F or until you insert a toothpick and it pulls out clean.
When done, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool.
