coconut oil
(for a non-stick pan. Use 1 tbsp. for a regular pan)

tomato sauce
(leftover spaghetti sauce works too)
Instructions
Melt the oil in your skillet and crack your eggs into the pan along with the zucchini and herbs.
Scramble until the eggs are cooked.
Turn off the heat and stir in the tomato sauce.
