In a small mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, sweetener and cold water.
Beat with either a whisk or an electric mixer (the latter is much easier!)
Beat until you have a whipped cloud, similar to whipped cream.
Pour your almond milk (either heated or cold) into a cup or mug. Add ice if you want to drink it cold.
Spoon the whipped coffee over the top. Yes, all of it. You can stir this up a bit if you wish, but you can also drink it as is, allowing the milk to come up from underneath as you sip.
