bag corn chips

grated cheddar cheese

jalapeño peppers
(deseeded and minced)

finely diced red onions

oil

garlic cloves

turkey bacon
(cooked separately and chopped)

chopped tomatoes

cup
fresh cilantro
(chopped - optional)

Instructions
Sauté the peppers, onions and garlic in oil.
Cook the bacon separately and chop
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Layer the chips on a baking pan with half of the cheese mixed into the chips.
Over the top, distribute the sautéd veggies.
Sprinkle the chopped bacon over the top
Sprinkle the last half of the grated cheese over the top.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted.
Top with chopped tomatoes and cilantro and serve.
