whole grain macaroni

milk

shredded cheddar
(or American cheese)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Cook pasta according to package directions until they are cooked al dente.
Drain and mix in milk and cheese until melted
Place mixture into a muffin tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until they are bubbling.
Let cool for 15 minutes and remove from tray.
Serve with ranch or another favorite dipping sauce.
