Roughly blend the berries with a blender. But not so much that you end up with juice or puree’. A few chunks are a good thing here. I found that an immersion blender works well.
Whip the coconut milk cream with a mixer without any additions. When it thickens slightly, fold in the strawberries.
Sweeten to taste and serve.
Garnish with extra crushed strawberries.
