27oz.canned coconut milk(I used 2 cans that were 13.5 oz. each. I also used full fat, but you can use light coconut milk to cut down on fat if you prefer)
28oz.can diced tomatoes
1tbsp.ground cumin
2tbsp.curry powder
1tbsp.garam masala
1 ½cupsdry red lentils
4cupsvegetable broth(or chicken broth, if you prefer)
